The index of Landscape Development Intensity is used to estimate the potential impacts from human-dominated activities on current ecological systems. This layer is the basis for this analysis, as it was originally generated for the Tampa Bay Watershed in 2009 by rasterizing the 2007 polygon land use-land cover layer and assigning a Landscape Development Intensity index value based on the Land Use Land Cover to LDI crosswalk developed by Brown, M.T., and M.B.
